  1. Dear Meredith I tried contacting the number on your website for a refund of the money I paid, which indicates that the number does not exist. After going through your entire presentation I realized I was scammed…but then it.was too late. You keep asking for one payment after the next. But not.even an email or any details received since making the payment. I really want you to refund. Thank you

  2. gonna give this a try. the helathy food changes and 10000 steps a day are good, but my poor 58 year old body can't seem to do much but hold onto thickness. I need something that I can do consistently and look forward to it. Really hoping this will be an effective addition to what I am doing and that I will see some loss of pounds and inches.

  3. Damn! That was awesome. I kept up on everything except the full plank, because I think I injured a stomach muscle a couple weeks ago. Still really hurts in some movements (not muscle pain), so I’m being cautious when that triggers. I’m 71 and did them all!!! Thank you Meredith!
