This workout is for some of you more advanced level fitness enthusiasts…⠀

BUT if you’re a beginner just modify the reps and do this at your own pace!⠀

It’s gotten pretty hot outside which is perfect for you to get an extremely effective workout that’ll get the blood pumping for the day! ☀️☀️☀️⠀

This workout is great to give you that full body burn you’ve been looking for in short amount of time.⠀⠀

gonna give this a try. the helathy food changes and 10000 steps a day are good, but my poor 58 year old body can't seem to do much but hold onto thickness. I need something that I can do consistently and look forward to it. Really hoping this will be an effective addition to what I am doing and that I will see some loss of pounds and inches.
Damn! That was awesome. I kept up on everything except the full plank, because I think I injured a stomach muscle a couple weeks ago. Still really hurts in some movements (not muscle pain), so I’m being cautious when that triggers. I’m 71 and did them all!!! Thank you Meredith!
