    Grace您好，好喜歡您的氣質和介紹，能否請Grace錄製一集菸鹼醯胺(Niacinamide)的影片呢？因為我發現自己似乎會對這個成分過敏（擦完後臉會發熱發紅）偏偏Cerave 的面霜又多有這個成分，網路上的資料不多，不確定是否真的有Niacinamide不耐的狀況，這樣是否注定不能使用含Niacinamide的產品了？

    在用Neutrogena 的A醇，虽然有用那款Cereve保湿，但是爆痘和皮肤发干泛红还是很严重的。我好久皮肤都没有这样受损了，最近停了两天，稍微恢复了一点。如果不是看Grace的视频，可能这里我就放弃了，毕竟爆痘泛红是立刻的，但是效果要用很久才出现
